Samaritan Training -- First Aid and CPR Programs
Course Cancellation: A full refund will be issued or no transfer fees will be charged if Samaritan Training Agency cancels the course.
Refunds: Students must apply in writing for a refund or withdrawal. Original receipt must be returned. No refund will be given for books not in a resalable condition. ( i.e., non-returned, marked or worn) An administration fee of $20.00 will be retained by Samaritan Training for courses less than 2 days in length. More than 5 business day's notice must be given prior to course start date in order to be eligible for refund. Refunds are not available once a transfer has been arranged.
Transfers: Student transfer is valid within six months from the date of the original receipt. The administration fee ($ 20.00) will be charged for each transfer to a different course. Special circumstances may be given consideration.

WCB - Occupational First Aid Programs
(including Equivalent St John Ambulance, Red Cross classes)Admission Requirement: Students must be 16 years of age to receive W.C.B. certification.

Refunds before course start: An administration fee of $20.00 will be retained by Samaritan Training. Written request must be received 5 business days before the start date of the course for level 1, and 7 business days for level 2& 3.
No refund is available if written request is received day 1 for OFA 2 or day 1 for OFA 3 if a replacement student is found before the end of day 1 then an administration fee of $150 will be retained by Samaritan Training. An additional charge will be given for books not in resalable condition.
Transfers:The administration fee of ( $ 100.00 ) for level 2 & 3 will be charged for each transfer to a different course or date.
